# Review and sign an agreement

> Review, sign, and download the legal agreements Get2Dial assigns to your workspace, and check each one's signing status.

Review and sign an agreement Get2Dial has assigned to your workspace, and download a copy
once it's signed.

## Before you start

* Only an administrator can view or sign agreements — see
  [Roles and permissions](/account/roles-and-permissions).
* An agreement has to be assigned to your workspace before it appears here. If you're
  expecting one and don't see it, contact your Get2Dial representative or
  [support](/troubleshooting/contact-support).

## Steps

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open Agreements">
    In **Settings**, find the **Agreements** card.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Review an outstanding agreement">
    Agreements needing your signature are marked **Required** or **Optional**, with a status
    badge. Select an agreement's title to see its version, status, and this organization's
    signing history before you sign.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Sign it">
    Select **Review & Sign**. The signing session opens in place — complete it there. Get2Dial
    doesn't send you to a third-party site to finish signing.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Download your copy">
    Once a signature is recorded, select **Download** to get the signed copy.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Verify

<Check>
  The agreement's status updates to signed, showing the date and time it was completed. If
  it doesn't update within a few moments of finishing the signing session, select the
  refresh icon on the Agreements card.
</Check>

## Common problems

* **The status hasn't updated right after signing.** Completion is confirmed asynchronously.
  Select refresh; if it still hasn't updated after a few minutes, contact support.
* **You can't find Agreements in Settings.** You need administrator access — supervisors and
  agents don't have it. If nothing is assigned to your workspace, the card shows no
  agreements; that isn't an error.
* **A newer version replaced one you already signed.** The version you signed stays visible
  in your history. Sign the current version the same way to stay current.
