Find how much your workspace has used this billing period — call time, seats, recording
storage, and API requests.

## Before you start

* You need an **admin** role.

## Steps

<Steps>
  <Step title="Go to Settings">
    Select your name, then **Settings**, then **Organization**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Find the Usage card">
    It shows metered quantities for the current billing period: call seconds, number of calls,
    peak concurrent seats, recording storage, and API requests. Quantities only — pricing isn't
    shown here.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Refresh, if needed">
    Select **Refresh** to pull the latest numbers.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Verify

<Check>
  The Usage card shows a row for each metric with a nonzero quantity this period. A workspace
  with no calls yet shows no rows, which is expected.
</Check>

## Common problems

* **You need to know your current object limits** (max users, agents, carriers, queues,
  campaigns, or outbound routes). These aren't shown in the product today — contact support for
  your workspace's current limits or to request a change. See
  [Plans and entitlements](/account/plans-and-entitlements).
* **A number looks wrong.** See [Contact support](/troubleshooting/contact-support).
