# View your workspace settings

> Find your workspace's identity and SIP configuration, and where each workspace-wide security policy is actually set.

Find your workspace's identity and SIP configuration, and where each workspace-wide policy is
set.

## Before you start

* You need an **admin** role.

## Steps

  <Step title="Go to Settings">
    Select your name, then **Settings**, then **Organization**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Review your workspace identity">
    **Identity** shows your workspace name, domain, status, workspace ID, and when it was
    created and last updated. These are set when your workspace is provisioned; to change your
    workspace name or domain, contact support — see
    [Contact support](/troubleshooting/contact-support).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Find your SIP configuration, if you need it">
    **SIP configuration** lists the WSS URI, SIP domain, and extensions used by browser
    softphones and desk phones. You'll need these when setting up a device — see
    [Devices and registration](/voice/devices-and-registration).

## Verify

## Common problems

* **You need to change your workspace name, domain, or time zone.** These aren't self-service
  today — contact support.
