# Set a disposition

> Record what happened on a call before you move to the next one, and whether Get2Dial calls this person again later.

A **disposition** is the outcome you record for a call — it tells Get2Dial (and whoever
built the campaign) what happened, and whether to call this person again.

## Steps

<Steps>
  <Step title="Wait for the wrap-up card">
    After you hang up on a campaign call, a **Call Wrap-Up** card appears automatically with
    the caller's number.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose the outcome">
    Select the button that matches what happened on the call — for example "Sale",
    "No answer", or "Call back later". Your available choices are set by whoever built the
    campaign.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Set a callback time, if you chose a callback outcome">
    If you selected a callback disposition, a date and time field appears — enter when to
    call this person again.
  </Step>
</Steps>

Selecting a disposition finishes your wrap-up automatically — you don't need to press
anything else. If you end a call with no disposition to record, select **Done** instead.

## Verify

<Check>
  The wrap-up card closes and you return to **Available** (or **Break**, if you were already
  on your way there).
</Check>

## Common problems

* **No wrap-up card appears.** The call wasn't tied to a campaign — select **Done** to
  finish wrap-up manually.
* **You picked the wrong disposition.** Tell your supervisor — they can correct it from
  their side.
