# Get started as an administrator

> The pages to read first if you are setting up and running Get2Dial for your organization: telephony, users, queues.

You are setting up or running your organization's Get2Dial workspace: telephony, users,
queues, and campaigns.

## Start here

1. **[What is Get2Dial](/get-started/what-is-get2dial)** — a five-minute orientation to what
   the product does.
2. **[How Get2Dial works](/get-started/how-get2dial-works)** — the object model and the
   order you must configure things in. Read this before you configure anything.
3. **[Set up your contact center](/get-started/quickstart-admin)** — a guided path from an
   empty workspace to one answered inbound call and one placed outbound call, in about an
   hour.
4. **[Invite users](/account/invite-users)** — get your team into the workspace.
5. **[Connect a SIP carrier](/voice/connect-a-carrier)** — the gate on every call in or out.
6. **[Roles and permissions](/account/roles-and-permissions)** — decide who can see and
   change what before you invite a large team.

## When you need it

* **[Dial modes](/outbound/dial-modes)** — before you launch your first outbound campaign.
* **[Compliance and trust overview](/compliance/dnc-lists)** — before you dial anyone, not
  after.
* **[Troubleshooting](/troubleshooting/outbound-calls-fail)** — when something stops
  working.
* **[Glossary](/reference/glossary)** — when a term on screen isn't one you recognize.
* **[Migrate from another dialer](/get-started/solution-guides/migrate-from-another-dialer)**
  — if you're bringing numbers, leads, and users over from a previous platform.
