# Get started as a supervisor

> The pages to read first if you run a floor day to day — live monitoring, agent management, and call quality.

You watch live activity, step in when a call needs it, and review call quality — day to day,
not initial setup.

## Start here

1. **[What is Get2Dial](/get-started/what-is-get2dial)** — a five-minute orientation to what
   the product does.
2. **[Use the wallboard](/supervise/wallboard)** — your at-a-glance view of every queue and
   agent, live.
3. **[Monitor, whisper, and barge](/supervise/live-call-monitoring)** — step into a live call
   when you need to.
4. **[Force an agent's state](/supervise/manage-agent-availability)** — what you can and
   can't do here; most of it needs an admin.
5. **[Evaluate a call](/supervise/quality/evaluate-a-call)** — score a recorded call against
   a scorecard.
6. **[Standard reports](/reports/standard-reports)** — the numbers you'll be asked about.

## When you need it

* **[Skills-based routing for supervisors](/supervise/skills-and-routing)** — when a call
  isn't reaching the agent you expect.
* **[Create a scorecard](/supervise/quality/create-a-scorecard)** — before your first
  evaluation.
* **[Reporting discrepancies](/troubleshooting/reporting-discrepancies)** — when two numbers
  don't match.
* **[Glossary](/reference/glossary)** — when a term on screen isn't one you recognize.
