Find your workspace’s identity and SIP configuration, and where each workspace-wide policy is set.

Before you start

  • You need an admin role.

Steps

1

Go to Settings

Select your name, then Settings, then Organization.
2

Review your workspace identity

Identity shows your workspace name, domain, status, workspace ID, and when it was created and last updated. These are set when your workspace is provisioned; to change your workspace name or domain, contact support — see Contact support.
3

Find your SIP configuration, if you need it

SIP configuration lists the WSS URI, SIP domain, and extensions used by browser softphones and desk phones. You’ll need these when setting up a device — see Devices and registration.

Verify

You can see your workspace’s name, domain, and SIP configuration on the Organization tab.
Workspace-wide security policies live on this same tab but have their own pages: multi-factor authentication, single sign-on, and session policy.

Common problems

  • You need to change your workspace name, domain, or time zone. These aren’t self-service today — contact support.
