Launch your first outbound campaign, from choosing a dial mode to watching it dial. Time required: ~30 minutes You will need: inbound and outbound calling already working, a CSV of leads, and at least one active disposition
1

Choose a dial mode

Decide between preview, progressive, power, and predictive before you start — see Dial modes. Preview is the safest choice for a first campaign.
2

Create your dispositions

Define the outcomes your agents will use — see Create dispositions.
3

Create the campaign

Set its dial mode, abandonment cap, calling-hours windows, and dispositions — see Create a campaign.
4

Import your leads

Create a lead list with its own caller ID and import your CSV — see Import a lead list.
5

Load your compliance guardrails

Confirm your DNC list is current before you launch — Get2Dial checks it automatically, but it’s only as good as what’s in it.
6

Assign agents

Add the agents who’ll take this campaign’s calls — see Assign agents to a campaign.
7

Start the campaign

Select Start — see Start, pause, and stop a campaign.
8

Watch it dial

Watch live status on the wallboard, and check Call records for the calls it places.

What you accomplished

A real campaign dialing real leads, connecting to your agents, with outcomes recorded as dispositions.
