A campaign dials a lead list using one of four dial modes, connects answered calls to an assigned agent, and records the outcome as a disposition. This group covers building and running one.

How it fits together

A campaign owns its dial mode and pacing settings, dials from one or more lead lists (imported after the campaign exists), sends connected calls to its assigned agents, and requires at least one disposition so agents can record what happened. It reaches the phone network through your outbound routes, so a working carrier is a precondition, not a campaign setting.
