Every export in Get2Dial downloads immediately as a file — there’s no background export job
to wait on or check back for, and no published row or size limit.
Export call records
1
Go to Call records
In the left navigation, select Call records, and filter to what you want.
2
Export
Select Export CSV. Your filters apply to the export.
Export a standard report
1
Open the report
In the left navigation, select Reports, then the report tab you want.
2
Set the date range
Choose the period the export covers.
3
Export
Select Download. Reports with more than one table (call volume, compliance) export as
a single CSV with a section per table.
Export a lead reset job’s results
1
Go to Reset history
In the left navigation, select Lead lists, then Reset history.
2
Export
Open the job, then select Download for a per-lead record of what changed.
Verify
The file downloads with a
.csv extension and opens correctly in a spreadsheet application.Common problems
- You need to export your leads themselves, not report data about them. Not available today — there’s no lead-list export, only import.
- The file is very large. Narrow your date range or filters before exporting — there’s no server-side limit stopping a large export, so a wide date range on a busy workspace can produce a large file.
