CSV import format

The exact format Get2Dial expects for lead list imports.

Requirements

Requirement	Value
File type	CSV, with a header row
Required column	At least one phone number column, mapped by header name at import time
Optional column	A time zone column, mapped by header name at import time
Other columns	Any other column is kept as a free-form attribute on the lead, named after its header
Row validity	A row needs at least one parseable phone number, or it’s rejected
Duplicate handling	Duplicate phone numbers within the same file are deduplicated on import — the first occurrence wins
Upload size	16 MB per import request
Row count limit	None enforced

Column mapping

Column names in your CSV are not fixed — at import time, you tell Get2Dial which header holds the phone number (Phone column header) and, optionally, which holds the time zone (Timezone column header). They must match your file’s header text exactly, including case.

With Phone column header set to phone and Timezone column header set to timezone, this file produces two leads, each with a name and order_id attribute available to scripts.
