What Get2Dial gives you for handling lead and caller data, gathered in one place, and where the
product’s self-service tools stop today.
How it works
When to use it
Reach for this page when someone — internally or a data subject — asks what Get2Dial does with
personal data, before you commit to an answer in a privacy policy or a customer contract.
What it affects
Get2Dial doesn’t have a self-service tool for a data-subject erasure or export request today
— excluding a lead stops dialing it but doesn’t delete the record, and there’s no button that
permanently removes or exports one person’s data. If you need to act on a specific request,
contact Get2Dial support.
Get2Dial doesn’t publish a data-residency commitment (which region your data is stored in) or
let you choose one per workspace. If a customer or prospect needs that answered, treat it as a
question for Get2Dial directly, not something to answer from the product.
Limits and constraints
None of this is legal advice, and using these tools doesn’t by itself make your operation
compliant with any specific regulation. Consult your own legal counsel for what your
organization is required to do with lead and caller data.
