Assign agents to a campaign so it has someone to bridge connected calls to.

Before you start

Steps

1

Open the campaign

In the left navigation, select Campaigns, then select the campaign.
2

Assign an agent

In Assign an agent, choose an agent from the list and select Assign.
3

Repeat for each agent

Repeat for every agent taking this campaign’s calls.
This assigns the agent to the queue this campaign connects calls through — the same mechanism as queue membership, shown here as a campaign-scoped view for convenience. Removing an agent from one removes them from the other.

Verify

The agent appears in the campaign’s assigned-agents list. Once they go available, the pacer counts them when deciding how many calls to place.

Common problems

  • No agents show up as assignable. Every user with the agent role is already assigned, or no agent-role users exist yet — see Invite users.
  • Calls connect but nothing bridges to the agent. Confirm the agent is actually Available, not only assigned — assignment alone doesn’t mean they’re taking calls right now.
