What to carry over from your previous platform and where each piece lands in Get2Dial. There’s no automated migration tool — this is a manual, one-time move, done in this order.

Start here

1

Port or add your phone numbers

Number porting happens with your carrier, outside Get2Dial — once a number is yours to route, add it here. See Connect a SIP carrier and Add a phone number.
2

Recreate your dispositions

Rebuild your outcome codes so your reporting categories carry over — see Create dispositions. Codes aren’t imported; they’re entered one at a time.
3

Bring over your do-not-call list

Add every suppressed number to your workspace-wide DNC list before you import any leads — see DNC lists. There’s no bulk import here either; each number is added individually.
4

Import your lead lists

Export your leads as CSV from your old platform and map the columns on import — see CSV import format and Import a lead list.
5

Recreate your campaigns and queues

Campaign and queue configuration doesn’t transfer — rebuild each one with Create a campaign or Create a queue.
6

Invite your users

Accounts don’t transfer either — invite each person and assign a role — see Invite users.
Historical call recordings and call detail records from your previous platform don’t import into Get2Dial — there’s no ingestion path for another system’s call history. If you need that history retained, keep access to your old platform’s reporting rather than expecting it to appear here.
