Seed a new campaign’s calling hours, retry cadence, disposition set, and dialer defaults from a saved template instead of setting each one by hand.

Before you start

  • Campaign Templates lists two kinds: templates your workspace created, and platform-shared templates provided by Get2Dial. Only Get2Dial can create or edit a platform-shared template.

Steps

1

Browse available templates

In the left navigation, select Campaign Templates to see what’s available to your workspace.
2

Start a new campaign

Go to Campaigns, select New campaign, and choose a template from Start from template.
3

Review and adjust the seeded values

Continue through the campaign form as usual. Any field you set yourself overrides the value the template seeded.
4

Save the campaign

Select Save. Calling hours, retry cadence, and disposition set are created from the template in the same step as the campaign itself.
Creating your own template only saves a name and description — Get2Dial doesn’t yet have a way to fill in a template’s actual calling hours, retry cadence, or disposition set. A template you create yourself seeds nothing when applied. Today, only Get2Dial-provided platform-shared templates carry real presets. If you want a reusable preset of your own, contact Get2Dial support.

Verify

After creating a campaign from a platform-shared template, open the campaign and confirm its calling hours and disposition set match the template you selected — see Campaign settings.

Common problems

  • A template you selected seeded nothing. Expected for a template you created yourself — see the note above. Only platform-shared templates currently carry preset values.
  • You can’t edit or delete a template. It’s platform-shared, which is read-only in Get2Dial by design.
